Vincit Global Inc. ("Society," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Society portrait judgment service at aristocracy.ca (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the Service.
Society is an AI-powered entertainment service. You upload a photograph, and the Service generates satirical written commentary about the portrait. Photographs are processed in real time and are not stored.
When you submit a photograph, it is processed in server memory to generate your result. Photographs are not saved, stored, logged, or retained after processing is complete. We do not build a database of user images. Once your result is delivered, the image data is discarded.
If you purchase a premium judgment, payment is processed entirely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not receive, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account details, or other sensitive payment credentials. Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Our hosting infrastructure automatically collects IP addresses (used for rate limiting, not stored beyond the active session) and basic server logs (retained for a maximum of 30 days for debugging and security).
We do not create user accounts. We do not require registration or login. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers unless you make a payment through Stripe. We do not sell, share, or disclose any personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
The Service uses third-party AI providers to process photographs and generate written commentary. Image data is only shared with the provider that processes the photograph; the provider that generates written commentary receives a text description only, never the photograph itself. Neither provider retains data for model training. Payment is processed by Stripe, whose use of your information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Photographs are not retained. Generated text is not stored on our servers. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days. Payment records are maintained by Stripe.
The Service is not directed to individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.
Because we do not store photographs, maintain user accounts, or build profiles, most traditional data access and deletion requests do not apply. If you have made a payment through Stripe and wish to inquire about your payment data, please contact us.
