These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vincit Global Inc. ("Society," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Society portrait judgment service at aristocracy.ca (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Society is an AI-powered entertainment service that generates satirical written commentary about photographs you submit. All generated content is satirical entertainment. It is not a genuine assessment of character, personality, appearance, or worth. It is not professional advice of any kind. It is not an expression of the views of Vincit Global Inc. The Service generates fictional literary commentary based solely on visual description.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service.
By submitting a photograph, you represent that you own it or have the right to submit it, and that you have the consent of any person depicted (or you are the person depicted). You may submit photographs of minors for whom you are a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to submit photographs of other people's children without the consent of their parent or guardian. You agree not to use the Service to harass, bully, or target any individual. We reserve the right to refuse service.
The Service offers a free standard judgment, subject to daily rate limits. A premium judgment is available for a one-time fee displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe. All premium sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a premium result has been generated and delivered. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes apply only to future purchases.
You retain all ownership rights in photographs you submit. We do not store your photographs. You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, share, reproduce, and display the generated text for any personal or non-commercial purpose, including sharing on social media. The Service itself, including its design, prompts, voice architecture, branding, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Vincit Global Inc.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that generated content will be accurate or appropriate, or that errors will be corrected. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or unintended observations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vincit Global Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ten Canadian dollars (CAD $10.00), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vincit Global Inc. from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your submission of photographs that violate these Terms, or your distribution of generated content in a manner that harms any third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any legal proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, located in Victoria.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
